$120 for 55 minute individual session

Sliding-scale is occasionally available as requested. Sliding scale sessions are $75-$100.

Through Full Circle Community Wellness I currently accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and United.

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what led you into therapy at this time. We can develop goals and explore modalities that may be most helpful for you. I’ll meet you wherever you’re at on your journey.

As a therapist, I uphold confidentiality. That means whenever possible, whatever you say in here, stays in here. There are few exceptions to that when safety is a concern and we will discuss those in session.

I will be located in confidential, private offices while completing our virtual sessions. I ask that you also protect your confidentiality wherever you choose to have sessions.

At this time, I have an in-person office with Full Circle Community Wellness. I primarily meet virtually.

There is a $50 cancellation fee for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
If you support someone with chronic illness, or have chronic illness yourself, please let me know so we can set up an individualized cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, my license is state-by-state. I’m only able to see you if you are physically located in the Carolinas.
